Hi. My name is Andre Lopez, and I'm the founder of Cashflow Fanatic. From a young age, I've tried to find ways to avoid giving someone else control over whether or not I make money. As I grew up, I realized that utilizing your money is not as simple as making it, saving it, or spending it. It was then I found a new path to explore, how can I make my money make me more money? I'm always trying to learn more, whether it's figuring out how to improve an existing method, or learning an entirely new one. My personal belief is that financial knowledge is necessary and should be a more important subject of education, and that this knowledge should be easily accessible to everyone at no cost. But I'm not about to go trying to change school systems. Instead, I decided that I want to build a community, where people can share their knowledge with each other, while it's still fresh. Mainly focusing on financial education, but all knowledge is welcome. In this way, I'm not only making this knowledge readily available for free, but simultaneously showcasing a great way to make your money make money. Creating and investing in your own brand or business.

Cashflow Fanatic isn't just a brand, It's aim is to be community, or even a movement. Created by a young entrepreneur on the pursuit of financial freedom with the goal of giving a place for anyone to come learn more about finances. In addition, creating a space for anyone to share their knowledge for the betterment of everyone. Money is said to be the "root of all evil". The evil comes from being controlled by your money, or the route you took to get your money. However, attaining proper financial knowledge frees you from your money's control, and allows you to begin controlling it. That is Cashflow Fanatic's goal; to free you from your money's control. Why is financial knowledge not regarded with as much importance as is something like history or chemistry? Who knows, but that's why Cashflow Fanatic is here!

So what does it mean to be a "Cashflow Fanatic"?

Simply put, "Cashflow" is the movement of your money. Income vs. Expenses. The money you have coming in and out of your pocket. It's like the blood in your body, you can't live without Cashflow. To be a "Fanatic" is to be so extremely interested in something, to a degree that some may find unreasonable. Cashflow Fanatics are individuals that are extremely interested in the motion of their money. Through our pieces, you are able to express that interest, and in our community, you are given a way to connect with like-minded individuals on your same journey to financial freedom.
